National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

As we celebrate Black History this month, its important that we continue to take care of our minds, bodies and spirits in order to continue to strengthen our people and our culture. One thing you can do is to know your status! Today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day and we continue to fight this epidemic, one way to be part of the movement and more importantly to be healthy, is to get tested! The sooner you know your status, the sooner you can be on the journey to wellness (rather you are HIV positive or not). Make it a health routine because your health matters!
